  3. Ignite the end of the wick

Caution: Ensure the wick is level with the top of the ceramic holder before lighting. An uneven wick may cause an unusually tall flame. Use care and attention during your first burn.

How do the refillable trios work?

Each bundle arrives with three refillable oil candles designed to be enjoyed long-term. When the oil is finished, simply refresh the wick and refill the vessel. The glass is meant to be kept, not discarded.

Can I mix and match scents?

Holiday Trios are pre-curated so each scent complements the others in tone and energy. If you prefer full control, the Build Your Own Bundle option lets you create a custom trio.

What sizes are available?

Each trio is offered in three sizes suited for intimate spaces, everyday use, or larger rooms. Select the size that best fits how you (or they) love to burn.

How long does shipping take during the holidays?

Most orders ship within a few business days. For timely holiday delivery, order by the date shown in the banner at the top of this page.

Are the candles safe to use around pets and children?

As with any open flame, burn on a stable, heat-safe surface and never leave candles unattended. Keep vessels, oils, and lit wicks out of reach of pets and children.
